Responsibility

  • Performing support activities in relation to the company's customers

  • Managing phone calls, emails, correspondence, suggestions, and requests from customers

  • Preparing monthly reports on the activities carried out

  • Monitoring the flow of information between the customer and the company.

Obligations

  • Higher education

  • Ability to work in a team, analytical thinking

  • Promptness in action, planning and monitoring of own activities

  • Good negotiation, communication and data presentation skills

  • PC skills: Microsoft Office applications

  • Language skills: state language, Russian - fluent
