Managing appointments and the clinic's calendar.
Responding to phone calls and handling electronic correspondence.
Recording and updating patient information in the computer system.
Maintaining an orderly and clean reception area.
Providing patients with necessary information about the services offered and the clinic's schedule.
Collaborating with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow of daily activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of computer operation and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
