Receiving incoming calls.
Making outgoing calls from an existing database.
Cold calling.
Recording information in CRM/Excel (logging inquiries).
Proficiency in Russian and Romanian languages (knowledge of English will be an advantage).
Articulate speech and clear diction.
Confident use of PC and messengers.
Responsibility, attention to detail, stress resilience.
Experience in a contact center is welcome, but not mandatory.
