Sebo is expanding its team and we are looking for a Debt Collector
Contacting debtors by telephone;
Negotiating debt payment options with debtors;
Planning actions to recover outstanding payments;
Regular monitoring of debtors;
Working with databases and constantly updating them;
Customer support, complaint management;
Exercise of other related duties.
Higher and secondary studies (students in the last year of their bachelor's degree);
Experience in the same position – 1 year (considered an advantage);
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS, Excel, MS Outlook;
Knowledge of customer service standards and principles;
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian.
