Updating all platform users with accurate and up-to-date information;
Providing customer support;
Adding & validating online stores in the database;
Managing tasks related to support solutions;
Processing customer tickets through the Service Desk;
Communicating with various partners to secure better commissions for cashback.
Completed higher education;
Work experience in a similar role for around 1-2 years - a plus;
A strong learning and technology-oriented approach;
Desire for growth and development;
Excellent attention to detail;
Openness to the new and eagerness to learn new things;
An advanced level of English (min B2 - C1).
