Responsibilities

  • Updating all platform users with accurate and up-to-date information;

  • Providing customer support;

  • Adding & validating online stores in the database;

  • Managing tasks related to support solutions;

  • Processing customer tickets through the Service Desk;

  • Communicating with various partners to secure better commissions for cashback.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education;

  • Work experience in a similar role for around 1-2 years - a plus;

  • A strong learning and technology-oriented approach;

  • Desire for growth and development;

  • Excellent attention to detail;

  • Openness to the new and eagerness to learn new things;

  • An advanced level of English (min B2 - C1).
