Performing support activities in relationships with the company's clients. Handling phone calls, emails, correspondence, suggestions, and requests from clients. Monthly preparation of reports regarding the carried out activities. Monitoring the flow of information between the client and the company. Coordinating clients' needs within the company.

Higher education (complete or incomplete): marketing, law, economics, international relations. Ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, stress resistance. Promptness in actions, planning and monitoring of own activities. Good negotiation, communication and data presentation skills. PC knowledge: Microsoft Office applications. Language skills: Romanian - fluent, Russian - fluent.
