We are looking for an organized and committed Administrative Assistant who speaks French and wants to be part of a dynamic team. Ensures the completion of contracts and necessary human resources documents for logistics platform employees;
Provides support to platform administrative assistants through efficient and professional communication;
Performs other administrative and operational activities, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the information provided;
Interact directly with employees and administrative assistants in France via email and other communication channels;
Ensures compliance with legal regulations regarding the protection, secrecy and confidentiality of data and information
Higher education;
Attention to detail and organizational skills;
Knowledge of French at level B2;
Basic knowledge in using MS Office;
Ability to manage a large volume of documents and meet deadlines;
Previous experience in administrative roles will be an advantage.
