We are looking for an autonomous and detail-oriented colleague who will contribute to the accuracy of the cargo monitoring and management processes. Weekly extraction and monitoring of stocks from SAP, including tracking existing stocks in the warehouse and stores;
Efficient management of stocks and merchandise flow to stores, depending on weekly supply needs;
Providing relevant information about stocks to the departments involved to facilitate the replenishment process;
Recording, checking and updating product files, in collaboration with the logistics and warehouse teams;
Statistical analysis of sales to initiate replenishment actions;
Producing and updating specific logistics reports (e.g. large batches, products with a short shelf life, goods receipts);
Checking and managing inventory to maintain storage standards and data accuracy;
Respecting delivery deadlines and tracking logistics flows;
Permanent collaboration with flow, marketing and logistics platforms departments.
Knowledge of French at least B2;
Completed higher education;
Microsoft Office knowledge, with a primary focus on Excel;
Experience in using SAP will be an advantage;
Analytical spirit and attention to detail: the ability to correctly interpret data and ensure the accuracy of information;
Excellent organizational skills: ability to manage different tasks and maintain order in work processes.
