Procurement Manager

Moldretail Group SRL is expanding its team and is looking for a Procurement Manager , who will manage the product portfolio and commercial relations with suppliers.

In this role, you will analyze the market (internal/external), negotiate advantageous conditions, and directly contribute to the development and optimization of the company's assortment.

Responsibility

  • Making purchases for promotions, seasonal actions and commercial campaigns.

  • Negotiating prices, commercial conditions and volumes with suppliers.

  • Constantly searching for new opportunities in the market. Anticipating trends and constant innovation.

  • Initiating new contacts to ensure a dynamic and interesting assortment for the consumer.

  • Planning items for special placements, promotional stands and thematic actions.

  • Collaborating with stores to understand real needs in the field and adjust the assortment.

  • Coordination with Marketing, Operational, Import and other departments for proper execution in the store.

  • Monitoring sales and inventory during promotions and quickly adapting orders.

  • Analyzing campaign results and initiating optimizations for future actions.

Obligations

  • Experience in purchasing or sales (store manager), preferably in Retail.

  • Experience in searching for and discovering new opportunities in the market.

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian, English is an advantage.

  • Negotiation, analysis and planning skills.

  • Knowledge of Excel and PC systems.

  • Result orientation and attention to detail.

  • Very good understanding of retail operational processes (goods flow, inventory, prices, promotions).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.

  • Good knowledge of Excel (sales, margins, turnover, stock).

  • Responsibility, attention to detail.
