Job description

Rogob is looking for a colleague to fill the position of Store Network Procurement Manager .

In the role of Store Network Procurement Manager, you will ensure the implementation of an efficient supply strategy for the entire store network, through optimal negotiation of commercial contracts, selection and development of the supplier portfolio, cost management and support of sales and profitability objectives.

Responsibility

Procurement and supplier management

  • develops the procurement strategy by product category in accordance with the company's commercial plan.

  • selects, negotiates and concludes commercial contracts with suppliers (food, beverages, consumables, other relevant goods).

  • evaluates the performance of suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, delivery times, and after-sales service.

  • initiates promotional campaigns in collaboration with suppliers.

Team coordination

  • coordinates and develops the procurement team (category managers, specialists).

  • sets individual and collective performance goals.

  • periodically evaluates the team and proposes training and development measures.

Planning and budgeting

  • proposes and manages the annual/monthly procurement budget.

  • monitors key indicators: costs, commercial margins, discounts obtained, payment terms.

  • collaborates with the relevant departments to plan stocks and flows.

  • collaborates with the Marketing department to promote products in stores

  • participates in strategic meetings regarding the development of the assortment and categories of products on display.

Monitoring and analysis

  • monitors market trends and consumer behavior.

  • performs comparative analyses of prices, contractual terms and proposes optimizations.

  • is responsible for the internal auditing of procurement processes

Obligations

  • Higher education (economics, business administration or similar)

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in food retail or FMCG

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience in contract negotiation and team coordination

  • Solid knowledge of Excel, ERPs and management platforms.

  • Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.

  • Basic financial analysis capacity (margins, costs, deadlines).
