Local company specialized in dairy production is hiring a person responsible for the complete coordination of the production department. The role involves supervising the flow from raw materials to the finished product, in accordance with technological sheets and quality standards.
Coordination of production processes in the milk and cheese department
Staff supervision and shift work organization
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards
Active participation in the work process, including handling boxes up to 10 kg
Monitoring and reporting of raw material and finished product stocks
Experience in the food industry (milk, cheese – advantage)
Organizational, communication and team coordination skills
Stable working environment
Possibility of involvement in the development of a quality local brand
Competitive salary: 20,000 - 25,000 lei, depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 18:00
