We are recruiting for our partner, a foreign-invested company active in manufacturing and currently expanding:
Process Engineer
Monitoring and coordination of technological production processes;
Application, compliance and control of quality and safety standards;
Proposing and implementing process improvement solutions;
Coordination of production teams;
Permanent reporting to founders regarding processes and costs;
Optimizing workflows for increased efficiency and reduced waste;
Correct documentation of processes and compliance with internal procedures.
Completed higher education in the technological field - winemaking or oil extraction, chemical production or related fields;
At least 1 year of experience in oil extraction technology, winemaking or chemical production;
Knowledge of production processes and new production/extraction technologies;
Availability for business trips within the country and category B driving license;
Computer skills;
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and knowledge of an international language will be a priority;
Analytical thinking, precision in work and excellent communication skills;
Salary will be specified at the interview.
