We are currently seeking a Production Director who will not only ensure the stable operation of the existing plant but also lead projects to modernize, optimize processes, and improve production efficiency.
Production management
Planning and organizing production processes, implementing plans
Control over the quality and deadlines of orders
Optimization of equipment and resource utilization, reduction of downtime and losses
Technical management and development
Ensuring the proper condition of equipment and engineering systems
Planning and organizing repairs, maintenance and upgrades
Implementation of automation and modern control systems
Quality and standards
Support and development of quality management systems (ISO, CE)
Quality control of products at all stages of production
Interacting with the laboratory for testing and improvements
Team management
Organization and control of the work of technical and production personnel
Recruitment, training and development of employees
Formation of a culture of safety, quality and responsibility
Administrative and strategic tasks
Technical budget management (CAPEX, OPEX), cost control
Interaction with equipment and service suppliers
Participation in projects to expand product range and capacity
Higher technical education (engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or related specialties)
Knowledge of the principles of organizing production processes and enterprise management
Understanding of occupational health and safety standards (OHS), energy efficiency, internal logistics and warehousing
5-7 years in leadership positions in industrial production
Proven experience in team management and organization of production processes
