Mobicons-Art Company Hiring MDF Painter-Sander
Our furniture factory is expanding its team! We are looking for serious and motivated individuals for the following positions: MDF Painter-Sander.
Preparing MDF pieces for painting (cleaning, priming, etc.)
Applying paint and primer with a spray gun, according to quality standards
Adhering to drying times and technological steps
Quality control of the finish and correcting any defects
Maintaining equipment and cleanliness at the workplace
Manual or mechanized sanding of MDF facades
Applying filler where necessary
Ensuring a smooth surface, ready for painting
Collaborating with the painting team for a continuous production flow
Identifying and reporting defects.
Experience in the field is an advantage.
Reliability, attention to detail, and practical skills
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn and responsibility at work.

Salary range between 20,000-35,000 depending on experience and skills.
Work schedule Monday-Friday 8:30-18:00.
