You are responsible for loading and properly utilizing the capacities of the chicken deboning and slicing line;
Defrost and prepare the chicken according to established recipes;
Respect the execution technologies and the operating and maintenance instructions for small and medium mechanization equipment;
You maintain inventory and equipment;
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area;
You report non-conforming products.

Secondary or specialized secondary education;
