Development of new types of pastry products;
Supervision of technological production processes, recipe calculation, nutritional value computation;
Participation in the automation of production processes;
Control over adherence to technological discipline in production.
Experience in pastry production is mandatory;
Successful experience in team leadership;
Knowledge of technical and regulatory documentation, main product certification schemes;
Understanding of the technical characteristics of raw materials, and the productivity standards for finished products;
Energetic, communicative, with organizational skills.
