Meat and by-products deflaxator (beef/pork)
Rogob Company is looking for a colleague to fill the position of Meat and By-Products Deflaxer
your responsibilities:
to know the process of deflaxing meat;
be responsible for the loading and proper use of the boning and slicing line's capacities;
to deflax and prepare the meat according to established recipes;
to respect the execution technologies and the operating and maintenance instructions for small and medium-sized mechanization equipment;
to maintain inventory and equipment;
maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area;
to report non-conforming products.
