Development and implementation of technological processes for the production of meat/deli semi-prepared dishes.
Supervising the compliance with technological norms and quality standards.
Analysis of raw materials and finished products, conducting tests and experiments.
Participation in the development of new recipes and improving existing ones.
Training staff and providing consultancy in technological issues.
Compiling documentation and reporting according to legal requirements.
Monitoring the market and introducing technological innovations into the production process.
Higher education in food technology or related fields.
Experience as a technologist in the food industry.
Knowledge of standards and regulations in food production.
Analytical skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
