Supervision and control of technological processes for wine production and bottling.
Sampling and performing chemical and organoleptic analyses according to current standards.
Monitoring the quality of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and finished products.
Participation in the development and implementation of new technologies and recipes.
Collaborating with production and quality departments to maintain the company's high standards.
Higher education in technical/chemical/technological fields;
Experience: < 2 years
Responsibility, reliability, professional competence.
Knowledge in the field of winemaking is an advantage.
