organizing and coordinating the management and maintenance activities of the company's premises (buildings, warehouses, auxiliary spaces);
managing teams of workers and/or external suppliers involved in maintenance work;
managing stocks of materials, tools, equipment and consumables necessary for household activities;
compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and internal procedures;
collaborating with other departments to promptly resolve administrative needs.
previous experience in a similar position or in the administrative/technical field
good organizational, coordination and planning skills
practical spirit, responsibility and solution orientation
