Principal Specialist/Principal Specialist, Directorate of Land Fund and Land Monitoring

Ensuring the implementation of state policies in the field of land improvements, land relations, land registry, and land monitoring (conservation, enhancement, and increasing soil fertility, hydro-improvement);

Basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:

1. Providing methodological assistance to the land relations and cadastre service, specialists for regulating the land property regime of the local public administration authorities of the first and second levels, with the aim of regulating the land property regime;

2. Arguing and establishing, upon the proposal and together with the central public administration authority in the field of environmental protection, the boundaries of the lands to be improved through afforestation and other methods;

3. Examining the files concerning the transfer, change of designation and exchange of lands that are state public property;

4. Submitting proposals to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry regarding the promotion of projects involving the transfer, change of designation, and exchange of lands that are state public property and presenting them, as established, for examination;

5. Ensuring the implementation of state policies in the field of land relations.

Studies: higher education, graduated with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, in the respective field.

1. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

2. is proficient in the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;

3. has full capacity to exercise their rights;

4. has not reached the age of 63;

5. is medically fit to perform the public function, as per the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if special health requirements are set for that position;

6. has the necessary education required for the respective public position;

7. in the last 5 years, has not been dismissed from a public position according to art. 64 para. (1) lit. a) and b) or has not had their individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

8. does not have unexpunged criminal records for intentional offenses;

9. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to engage in a certain activity as a main or additional punishment, as a result of a final court sentence that has ordered this prohibition;

10. is not subject to a ban on holding a public office or a position of dignity, resulting from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority.
