Responsibility

The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description

Contributes to the implementation of state policies to guarantee the social rights of citizens by establishing allowances for families with children for the Center region, as well as preparing information on managed benefits.

Job salary

From 6980 Lei

The basic tasks of the vacant civil service position, according to the job description:

  • Carrying out activities to establish allowances for families with children for the Center region;

  • Ensuring records of allowances for families with children;

  • Preparation of information regarding the establishment and recording of allowances for families with children.

Conditions for participation in the competition

  1. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

  2. possesses the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;

  3. has full capacity to exercise;

  4. has not reached the age of 63;

  5. is fit, in terms of health, to exercise public office, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if special health requirements are established for the respective position;

  6. has the necessary studies required for the respective public function;

  7. in the last 5 years, he/she has not been dismissed from a public position according to art. 64 para. (1) letters a) and b) or his/her individual employment contract has not been terminated for disciplinary reasons;

  8. has no unexpired criminal record for crimes committed intentionally;

  9. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity, as a basic or complementary punishment, as a result of the final court sentence ordering this prohibition;

  10. is not prohibited from holding a public office or public position, which derives from an act of finding by the National Integrity Authority.

Obligations

Specific requirements for participation in the competition

Studies :

  • Higher, bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, economic law;

  • Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration, organizational communication).

Professional experience : No professional experience in the field is required.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the state language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;

  • Knowledge of the legislation in the field.

Skills : Computer skills.

Attitudes/Behavior : Respect for people, spirit of initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, resistance to effort and stress, tendency towards continuous professional development.

  • The participation form for the competition for public office (download here www.cnas.gov.md/index.php/ro/cariere/formulare ) If the application for participation is submitted through the cariere.gov.md platform, then the Participation Form will be generated and completed automatically based on the data from the electronic application.

  • Copy of the identity card Copies of the documents submitted may be authenticated by a notary or presented together with the original documents to verify their veracity. In the event that the competition file is submitted by post or e-mail, this provision applies on the date of the written test of the competition, under penalty of rejection of the competition file.

  • Copies of academic diplomas and, where applicable, certificates of completion of professional development and/or specialization courses

  • Documents attesting to professional experience or Affidavit Copy of work record, certificates regarding professional activity carried out after January 1, 2019 may be replaced with the affidavit. In this case, the candidate is obliged to complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date on which he was declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.

  • Criminal record or Affidavit The criminal record can be replaced by the affidavit. In this case, the candidate is obliged to complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date on which he was declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
