The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description
Implements the regulatory acts by managing the beneficiaries' accounts and carrying out the activity of organizing the payment of pensions on time and in the established amount, state financial support, single financial support, monthly lifetime allowances for judges and prosecutors, allowances in the event of the death of one of the spouses, disability allowances following work accidents or occupational diseases established for disability pension beneficiaries, allowances for the descendants of medical personnel who died as a result of carrying out medical activity in the fight against COVID-19, single death allowances following work accidents (hereinafter – pensions and other social benefits established for beneficiaries).
The basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:
Verification of electronic registers and lists regarding the payment of state financial support and single financial support;
Carrying out the activity of recovering the amounts of state financial support and single financial support received unduly and keeping records of the amounts recovered;
Verification of documents and entry into the "Social Protection" information system of information regarding the blocking of payments for persons who have established their residence abroad.
Conditions for participation in the competition
holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
possesses the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits established by law;
has full capacity to exercise;
has not reached the age of 63;
is fit, in terms of health, to exercise public office, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if special health requirements are established for the respective position;
has the necessary studies required for the respective public function;
in the last 5 years, he/she has not been dismissed from a public position according to art. 64 para. (1) letters a) and b) or his/her individual employment contract has not been terminated for disciplinary reasons;
has no unexpired criminal record for crimes committed intentionally;
is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to exercise a certain activity, as a basic or complementary punishment, as a result of the final court sentence ordering this prohibition;
is not prohibited from holding a public office or public position, which derives from an act of finding by the National Integrity Authority.
Specific requirements for participation in the competition
Studies :
Higher, bachelor's or equivalent, in the field of public administration, law, economics, finance;
Professional development courses: (specialization courses in the field of strategic planning, program/project development, policy evaluation, public administration, organizational communication).
Professional experience: no professional experience required
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of legislation in the field of social insurance;
- Knowledge of the state language;
- Computer operating skills: Windows, Word, Excel, Internet, Automated Workstations of the information complex of the state social insurance system.
Skills : Skills in working with information, decision-making, analysis and synthesis, document preparation, argumentation, presentation, training, motivation, self- and team mobilization, solving problems of medium complexity in the field of competence, effective communication.
Attitudes/Behavior : Respect for people, spirit of initiative, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, tendency towards continuous professional development.

Copy of the identity card Copies of the documents submitted may be authenticated by a notary or presented together with the original documents to verify their veracity. In the event that the competition file is submitted by post or e-mail, this provision applies on the date of the written test of the competition, under penalty of rejection of the competition file.
Copies of academic diplomas and, where applicable, certificates of completion of professional development and/or specialization courses
Documents attesting to professional experience or Affidavit Copy of work record, certificates regarding professional activity carried out after January 1, 2019 may be replaced with the affidavit. In this case, the candidate is obliged to complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date on which he was declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative act of appointment.
Criminal record or Affidavit The criminal record can be replaced by the affidavit.
