Copy of the identity card
Copies of documents presented can either be authenticated by a notary or presented along with the original documents to verify their authenticity. If the competition file is submitted by post or e-mail, this provision applies on the date of the written test of the competition, under penalty of the file being rejected.
Copies of diplomas and, where appropriate, certificates of completion of professional development and/or specialization courses
Documents attesting professional experience or Sworn Declaration
Copy of the labor book, certificates regarding professional activity carried out after January 1, 2019, can be replaced with a sworn declaration. In this case, the candidate must complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 days from the date they were declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative appointment act.
Criminal record or Sworn Declaration
The criminal record can be replaced with a sworn declaration. In this case, the candidate must complete the competition file with the original document within a maximum of 10 calendar days from the date they were declared the winner, under penalty of not issuing the administrative appointment act.
Other necessary documents:

The basic tasks of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:
Performing processing activities for applications and documents related to the establishment and reassessment
of pensions and other social benefits;
Processing documents/information for the suspension, resumption, and extension of the right to pensions
and other social benefits;
Participating in examining petitions related to the establishment and reassessment of pensions and other social benefits,
including drafting responses.
The purpose of the vacant public service position, according to the job description:
Executes, at the territorial level, activities for the establishment and reassessment, suspension, resumption, and extension of
the right to pensions and other social benefits, as well as participates in examining petitions and inquiries on
the activities carried out.
Specific requirements for participation in the competition:
Education:
Higher education, bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of accounting, economics, finance, business law;
Professional development courses (specialization courses in the field of public administration, organizational communication).
Professional experience: No professional experience in the field is required
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the Romanian language and the official language of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory, within the limits established by law;
Knowledge of the legislation in the field.
Skills: Computer skills.
Attitudes/Behaviors: Respect for people, initiative, diplomacy, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, resilience to effort and stress, tendency towards continuous professional development.
Conditions for participation in the competition:
a. Holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
b. Speaks Romanian and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory, within the limits established by law;
c. Has full legal capacity;
d. Has not reached the age of 63 years;
e. Is physically fit to perform the public function, according to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if special health requirements are established for the respective position;
f. Has the necessary education required for the respective public function;
g. In the last 5 years, has not been dismissed from a public function according to art. 64 paragraph (1) a) and b) or has not had their individual employment contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;
h. Does not have unexpired criminal records for intentional offenses;
a. Is not deprived of the right to occupy certain positions or to perform certain activities, as a main or additional penalty, as a result of a final judicial sentence which has imposed this prohibition;
j. Does not have a ban on holding a public office or public dignity, which arises from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority
