You will be responsible for a region of the country which you'll cover to maintain existing partnerships and establish new relationships with local farmers;
You'll communicate daily with our partners and customers, delivering information about the company's products and pricing offers;
You will negotiate customized solutions and opportunities;
You will provide agronomic consulting on the use of phytosanitary products, actively interacting with the Chief Agronomist in this regard;
You will actively participate in training sessions, client presentations, events, and exhibitions;
You will study and analyze the market to identify new partnership opportunities.
Minimum 2 years experience in B2C, B2B sales, preferably (but not necessarily) in the agricultural field,
A valid category B driver's license and dexterity in driving;
A passion for the agricultural sector and a clear understanding of its specific nature;
Basic knowledge of agricultural crops and their life cycles;
Strong communication skills and social competencies for networking;
Linguistic skills in Romanian and Russian;
Completed higher education: agricultural profile, humanities, economics, or other equivalent fields;
Basic digital knowledge;
Time management and organizational skills;
Emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, and openness to people;
Open-minded, flexible;
Proactive and initiative-taking;
