Job description

We're looking for a team member to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager (phytosanitary products), who would help us show care for our farmers.

Responsibility

  • You will be responsible for a region of the country which you'll cover to maintain existing partnerships and establish new relationships with local farmers;

  • You'll communicate daily with our partners and customers, delivering information about the company's products and pricing offers;

  • You will negotiate customized solutions and opportunities;

  • You will provide agronomic consulting on the use of phytosanitary products, actively interacting with the Chief Agronomist in this regard;

  • You will actively participate in training sessions, client presentations, events, and exhibitions;

  • You will study and analyze the market to identify new partnership opportunities.

Obligations

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2C, B2B sales, preferably (but not necessarily) in the agricultural field,

  • A valid category B driver's license and dexterity in driving;

  • A passion for the agricultural sector and a clear understanding of its specific nature;

  • Basic knowledge of agricultural crops and their life cycles;

  • Strong communication skills and social competencies for networking;

  • Linguistic skills in Romanian and Russian;

  • Completed higher education: agricultural profile, humanities, economics, or other equivalent fields;

  • Basic digital knowledge;

  • Time management and organizational skills;

  • Emotional intelligence (EQ), empathy, and openness to people;

  • Open-minded, flexible;

  • Proactive and initiative-taking;

  • Team player, reciprocal.

Salary

Stable and decent base salary + percentage of sales that can exceed the fixed salary portion

Working conditions

  • Stable work schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, to ensure a comfortable work-life balance.
