We are growing rapidly and actively. Over the last 5 months, we've done a great job in increasing traffic and have successfully boosted the number of incoming calls. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and experienced sales manager to join our team, someone who can integrate quickly and effectively.
Respond to incoming calls;
Advise clients over the phone and schedule appointments;
Schedule meetings for the design team;
Work within the CRM;
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and the team, as well as strong negotiating skills to close profitable deals.
The ability to provide advice and consultancy to clients
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Upon completion of the plan, it is possible to fully transition to a remote work format;

Rate: 12,000 lei + KPI (conversion from received calls to appointments).
You won't earn less than 18,000; if you do earn less, we'll let you go ourselves.
