AssistMatch is seeking a strong B2B sales manager for a client who is the largest manufacturer of plastic products in Moldova, with exports to Romania and Ukraine. The company has ambitions for growth, a quality product, stable demand, and marketing support.

Search for and attract new B2B clients in the wholesale market segment (non-food market).
Work with the current database: establish long-term relationships.
Conduct meetings, identify needs, prepare proposals, and bring deals to payment.
Collect and coordinate orders, oversee deliveries.
Develop analytics for clients and tailor the offering to their needs.
Present additional services and push deals softly but confidently.
Experience in active B2B sales of at least 2 years.
Experience working with networks and distribution in areas such as building materials, household chemicals, logistics, appliances, etc.
Skills in working with cold contacts and developing a customer base.
Ability to "hear" the client and find an approach to them.
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
Having a personal vehicle and willingness to use it for work.
