Sales Manager (B2B | Business Process Automation)

We are looking for an action-oriented individual for our client — an innovative tech startup from Moldova — to directly contribute to the business growth by selling smart automation solutions for processes, based on AI and other modern technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who desires autonomy, real impact, and a dynamic context, typical of the startup environment.

Responsibility

  • You will identify companies in Moldova that could benefit from process automation — using Google, B2B platforms, and other sources.

  • You will record all contacts and interactions directly in AmoCRM (not Excel).

  • You will quickly learn the typology of clients, the stages of the sales process, and the commercial messages used.

  • You will obtain the decision-makers' details — founders, directors, development managers.

  • You will work closely with the client's team to qualify generated leads.

  • After the adjustment period:

    • You will go to meetings with potential clients and support the sales pitch.

    • You will receive complete support from the team: structure, messages, tools.

Obligations

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably B2B.

  • You are well-versed in the stages of a sales process and know how to lead a conversation with a decision-maker.

  • You communicate fluently in Romanian and Russian.

  • You are energetic, persuasive, and know how to build relationships.

  • You have already worked in a CRM (mandatory), not in Excel.

Salary

  • Base salary: 15,000 lei/month for the first 3 months.

  • Monthly bonuses for leads.

  • After 3 months: base salary remains + 10% commission on sales generated from own leads (contractual commission).

Working conditions

  • Flexible schedule: 6–7 hours/day, Monday–Friday, between 09:00–17:00.

  • Hybrid work mode: part of the work is done at the office, part remotely — depending on the stage of the projects.
