We are looking for a sales specialist to build stable relationships with the company's clients and to contribute to the growth of the sales volume for the assigned portfolio. You will collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams and will directly manage the relationship with the clients.
• Market prospecting and client base development.
• Building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships.
• Presenting and promoting products in meetings and client visits.
• Negotiating and finalizing contracts; achieving sales targets.
• Monitoring the market and competition and tailoring offers accordingly.
• Collaborating with marketing and logistics for delivery and promotion.
Relevant sales experience (advantage: home/household products or electronics).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Independent management of client portfolio and proven sales results.
• Driving license and willingness to travel.
• Fluent in Romanian; Russian or English — an advantage.
Own client portfolio and support from marketing and logistics teams.
Access to competitive products and resources for sales activities.
Salary from 15,000–20,000 MDL net.
