AssistMatch is looking for a Head of Active Sales Department for a client - a technology company specializing in the implementation of integrated solutions in renewable energy and security systems. The company offers turnkey services, including design, installation, and maintenance, and actively cooperates with international brands.
Our client has ambitious growth goals, a quality product, and a team ready to move forward. You will manage a key area of the business, influence sales strategy, strengthen the team, and work with a modern product in demand in the B2B segment.
Development and implementation of active sales strategy;
Attracting new clients and developing the customer base;
Conducting key negotiations at the owner level;
Forming and fulfilling monthly and quarterly sales plans;
Market analysis and segmentation of the target audience;
Team management: task setting, control, development;
Compiling analytical reports and presenting results.
Sales department management experience of at least 2 years;
Experience in active sales for at least 5 years, preferably in the technical B2B segment;
Skills in strategic and tactical planning;
Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Power BI and 1C is desirable;
Higher education in engineering or economics;
Knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages is mandatory;
Category B driving license.
