Key client portfolio management: development, retention, cross- and up-selling.
Direct sales execution: full cycle from lead to contract signing.
Promotion of new telecom and digital solutions with a focus on business value.
Negotiating with multiple LPRs on the client's side (IT, finance, executive leadership).
Creation of personalized commercial offers.
Working in CRM: analytics, database management, monitoring deal stages.
Participation in the development of key accounts and strategic planning.
At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom/IT/digital services.
Proficient in CRM systems (Bitrix24, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Skills in negotiation and closing deals with business clients.
Understanding of sales techniques: SPIN, Solution Selling, Consultative Selling.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, creating presentations, and commercial offers.
Fluent in Russian and Romanian.
Possession of a category B driver's license.
Working with major corporate clients and participating in strategic deals.
