We are looking for a colleague for the position of SME Client Relationship Manager.
The objective of the position is to ensure the business plan, promote and sell banking products and services, as well as ensure the correct recording of such operations.
What you will do:
· Promote and sell banking products and services, particularly loan products;
· Attract new SME clients and maintain relationships with existing SME clients;
· Review applications for requested products, both those exposed and not exposed to credit risk, including the completion and submission for examination/approval of related customer file materials;
· Verify the compliance of contractual terms with decisions/ resolutions regarding the conclusion of transactions;
· Financial analysis and risk estimation for SME client transactions, with the formulation of corresponding proposals for other subdivisions and bank authorities;
· Prepare, develop and update internal and external reports and informative notes of the Bank within the scope of the Regional Center;
· Draft credit agreements and associated collateral agreements for SME credit facilities and amendments thereto in accordance with resolutions approved by the competent authorities;
· Monitor the credits granted to SME clients throughout the entire period of operation.
What we are looking for:
· University degree in Economics;
· At least 2 years of experience in lending;
· Sales and negotiation skills;
· Communication and teamwork abilities;
· Competence in analyzing the economic and financial situation of companies;
· Knowledge of regulatory documents governing banking activities;
· Fluent in Romanian and Russian languages;
· Category B driving license with driving experience (advantage).

The salary will be paid once a month on the last working day of each month.
