We are on the lookout for a dedicated Commercial Agent/B2B Sales Manager to join our Ocean Fish team.
Identifying new business opportunities in the market;
Presenting Ocean Fish products and commercial offers to potential clients;
Establishing new partnerships and maintaining them long term;
Managing the portfolio of current clients;
Negotiating customized solutions for terms and conditions of sale;
Finalizing and managing contracts;
Providing support and advice throughout the sales cycle;
Prompt and efficient management of customer complaints;
Consistently visiting our clients' commercial locations;
Achieving sales targets and reporting results;
Ensuring good communication and collaboration with internal departments to meet client needs.
Experience and practical knowledge in all aspects of B2B sales (preferably in the food industry);
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
Linguistic abilities and the capacity for coherent expression in Ro, Ru;
Persuasion and negotiation skills;
Autonomy and decision-making ability;
Initiative and proactivity;
Organizational skills, time management, and a focus on results;
Responsibility and perseverance at work;
Continuous learning ability;

Digital skills: PC operation and CRM usage;
Driving license category B and willingness to travel for work.
