Store manager

Position Mission: Efficiently manage all store operations so as to ensure our customers have a unique, positive experience after visiting the Ocean Fish store.
1. Store Operational Management:
Ensuring efficient daily operation of the entire store;
Implementation and monitoring of all operational processes;
Compliance with Ocean Fish procedures, standards and policies.
2. Team Management:
Participation in the recruitment, training and evaluation processes of management personnel;
Establishing the work schedule and scheduling the working time of the subordinate Team;
Continuous monitoring of team performance to ensure achievement of sales goals and service quality;
Maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
3. Customer Service Quality:
Ensuring a high level of service to the store's customers according to Ocean Fish quality standards;
Prompt and efficient management of customer complaints;
Continuous development leads to a positive relationship with customers and their loyalty.
4. Inventory Management:
Monitoring stocks and ensuring proper supply of the store;
Placing replenishment orders and managing inventory to avoid overstock or out-of-stock situations;
Checking and receiving products according to quality standards.
5. Financial Management:
Daily monitoring and reporting of sales and cash flow;
Managing the store budget and controlling operational costs.
6. Internal communication:
Maintaining good communication and collaboration with all internal company departments to ensure efficient operation of the store.
Experience and practical knowledge of everything that goes into managing a store (preferably in the food industry);
Leadership and managerial skills, team management;
Strong organizational skills and focus on results;
Strong communication and relationship skills;
Linguistic skills and ability to express coherently Ro, Ru;

Salary: 15,000 – 19,000 lei
Working hours Monday-Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00.
