- Ensuring optimal visibility of products in stores (complete merchandising).
- Verifying the correct presence of products on the shelf, labeling, prices, positioning, planograms.
- Maintaining positive relationships with store staff.
- Monitoring competition and market changes.
- Daily activity reporting and photos from points of sale.
- Taking orders from stores, where applicable.
- Verifying and correctly reporting actual stocks for each store (including differences, shortages, necessary).
- Participation in promotional activities or shelf rearrangements.
- Experience in merchandising or sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and relationship skills.
- Punctuality, responsibility and seriousness.
- Attention to detail and ability to report accurately.
- Availability for city travel.
- Positive attitude and orientation towards solving situations.
- Desire to work long-term and contribute to the growth of the brand.
- Category B driving license
