What do we do?
Trade-In - a service that allows customers in our partners' stores to trade-in their old tech and get a discount on the purchase of a new gadget or a certificate.
We also have our own retail stores and an online shop.
Our partners include the largest electronics chains, telecom operators, IT companies, and authorized Apple partners. Our partners in Kazakhstan are retail chains like Sulpak, Mechta, Tehnodom, ISpace, Freedom, Evrika, Alser, and others.
Handling incoming traffic - managing communication with clients on the website, 999
Photographing items and listing them on the website
Serving customers in-store - selling equipment
Sales of additional services and company offerings
Assessing devices and accepting trade-ins under the Trade-In program
Assisting customers at the checkout and managing cash register documents
Informing customers about ongoing promotions and available services
Processing applications and documents for installment plans and loans
Merchandising products on the shop floor
Upholding Company standards in customer service and ensuring a high level of service
You know how to engage and establish rapport with your interlocutor
You are adept at delivering product Feature-Benefit presentations
You can articulate your position and persuade your interlocutor
You are skilled in negotiation with highly developed communication abilities
You can handle objections and work well under stress
You have experience in a similar field
You can multitask effectively
You are detail-oriented - thorough inspection of phones
You are enthusiastic about the world of technology - knowledgeable about software differences, etc.
