Main Responsibilities Prospecting & outreach Approaching potential clients on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email and phone Identifying relevant leads through social selling tools
Updating the CRM with the status of discussions and tracking follow-ups
Presentation of offers
Writing clear and persuasive commercial proposals
Explaining the advantages of our media products in phone/video calls/meetings
Collaborating with the editorial team to tailor advertising solutions to client needs
Monitoring results and preparing quick reports.
The profile we are looking for:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer support or account management (media or advertising – an advantage)
Excellent communication skills in Romanian (written & spoken); English is an advantage
Comfortable working with social media, email marketing tools, and CRM
Proactive attitude, impeccable organization and result-oriented
Friendly phone manner and copywriting talent for short, persuasive sales messages
