We are looking for an active and result-oriented Sales Agent who will contribute to developing the client portfolio and promoting the company's products/services.
Working with the existing customer base;
Searching and attracting potential customers (cold lead generation - field activity, online and by phone);
Conducting commercial negotiations and signing contracts;
Coordination and monitoring of the collaboration process with clients – from the moment of signing the contract to the completion of projects;
Monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
Building and maintaining lasting relationships with customers.
Higher or specialized secondary education (in the technical field - an advantage );
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian ;
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer orientation skills ;
Spirit of initiative, perseverance and positive attitude.
