Efficient organization of the sales team
Managing and developing customer relationships;
Promoting and selling the company's products or services;
Achieving sales goals and monthly targets.
Experience in managing commercial networks, is an advantage;
Good knowledge in retail;
Results-oriented, responsible and organized;
Communicability, diplomacy, energy, ability to lead a team;
Ability to prioritize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Skills in working with document flow.
