As a Client Manager, you will be important in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Managing relationships with existing clients and maintaining effective communication;
Identifying customer needs and providing suitable solutions;
Presentation of the company's services and products;
Providing customer support in using the DevelopmentAid platform;
Monitoring and updating customer information;
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer requests;
Contributing to the development and loyalty of the customer portfolio.
Higher education (preferably in economics, international relations or communication);
Experience in Sales/Business Development: 1-2 years;
Good knowledge of English;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential for client interactions and reporting.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
We greatly appreciate hands-on experience with CRMs, online research, and sourcing tools.
