Dita Estfarm Company is the largest pharmaceutical importer and distributor in the Republic of Moldova with a history of over 30 years and over 400 employees.

Dita Estfarm also has its own network of pharmacies - Farmacia Familiei, but also the only hyper pharmacy network in Moldova - Hyper DITA. Dita Estfarm announces a competition to fill the vacant position:

Medical Devices Sales Manager

Responsibility

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for the company's medical device portfolio.

  • Identifying and developing commercial relationships with medical institutions (hospitals, clinics, medical centers, laboratories).

  • Promoting and presenting medical devices to doctors, medical staff and decision-makers in medical institutions.

  • Managing the complete sales process: bidding, negotiation, contract conclusion and delivery monitoring.

  • Monitoring the market and competition, identifying opportunities for sales development.

  • Maintaining and developing the portfolio of existing customers, providing support and consultancy on the use of products.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (logistics, marketing, service) to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.

  • Preparing periodic reports on sales activity and achieving established objectives.

  • Participation in trainings, medical conferences and profile events to promote the company's products.

Obligations

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and/or promotion preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device industry;

  • Higher education in pharmacy, medicine, marketing or related fields;

  • Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on developing commercial relationships;

  • Analytical thinking and results orientation, with the ability to make decisions based on data and market feedback;

  • Possession of a driving license and availability to travel (this is field work)

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;

  • High degree of responsibility and confidentiality.
