Medical Devices Sales Manager
Developing and implementing sales strategies for the company's medical device portfolio.
Identifying and developing commercial relationships with medical institutions (hospitals, clinics, medical centers, laboratories).
Promoting and presenting medical devices to doctors, medical staff and decision-makers in medical institutions.
Managing the complete sales process: bidding, negotiation, contract conclusion and delivery monitoring.
Monitoring the market and competition, identifying opportunities for sales development.
Maintaining and developing the portfolio of existing customers, providing support and consultancy on the use of products.
Collaborating with internal teams (logistics, marketing, service) to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
Preparing periodic reports on sales activity and achieving established objectives.
Participation in trainings, medical conferences and profile events to promote the company's products.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales and/or promotion preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device industry;
Higher education in pharmacy, medicine, marketing or related fields;
Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on developing commercial relationships;
Analytical thinking and results orientation, with the ability to make decisions based on data and market feedback;
Possession of a driving license and availability to travel (this is field work)
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
High degree of responsibility and confidentiality.
