Sales Manager (Agronomy, Pesticides)
Agricultural production company is hiring a Sales Manager with experience in agronomy and phytosanitary products.
Coordination of the sales team (7 people);
Setting commercial objectives and monitoring their achievement;
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the agricultural sector;
Organizing and supervising product promotion activities (pesticides, fertilizers, seeds);
Reporting results to company management.
Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in agricultural or phytosanitary sales;
Higher education
Solid knowledge in agronomy;
Excellent team leadership and motivation skills;
Result orientation and ability to make quick decisions;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
