Salary - rate + % (on average per year you reach amounts from 15,000 lei)
Flexible work schedule: 5 workdays and 2 days off: one during the workweek / one on the weekend. Shifts are 9:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00, 11:00–20:00, with a 1-hour lunch break.
