Fotocarte.md is a specialized lab in custom prints, from photo albums and picture printing to canvas prints and other made-to-order products.
Respond quickly to messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, guiding customers towards placing an order;
Manage orders – organize and track the process to ensure each customer gets exactly what they want;
Maintain relationships with customers – provide friendly support, clarify questions, and ensure they have a pleasant experience;
Organize and segment customers – keep track of interested individuals, reconnect with those who have not completed an order, and help them make a decision;
Prepare and remind about offers – notify clients about discounts, promotions, and new products;
Send follow-up messages – recontact those who requested details and assist them in taking the final step towards placing an order.
A communicative, organized, and detail-oriented person;
Quick and clear in responding to customer inquiries;
Experience in managing clients and online sales;
Desire to work in a friendly but results-oriented environment.
