E-Commerce Customer Support
We are looking for German speakers that will support an E-Commerce platform, by dealing with customers world wide.
The overall responsibility will be:
Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction
Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Proficient in German (written and spoken level B1-B2);
Basic skills in Word, Excel;
Able to multi-task;
Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude;
No experience needed because we will train you;
The ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem.

Salary 600 EUR + Bonus.
7-hour shift per day (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM);
1-hour lunch break;
2 coffee breaks, 15 min each;
