Promoting the company's products (doors, accessories, customized solutions) to business clients
Identifying and attracting new collaboration opportunities with partner companies
Negotiation of commercial conditions (prices, delivery times, discounts, payment methods)
Concluding commercial contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed terms
Monitoring the achievement of the monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, negotiation or commercial relations
Solid knowledge of using Microsoft Office, CRM and Google Workspace
Category B driving license (own transport is an advantage)
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
