We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Career Center Department. This role is essential in ensuring that our members receive timely, professional, and high-quality support while using DevelopmentAid services.

Responsibility

Client Support & Communication

  • Provide timely and professional support to individual and corporate members via email, phone, chat, and other communication platforms;

  • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users in navigating the DevelopmentAid platform;

  • Conduct online presentations and demonstrations for members using Zoom or Microsoft Teams;

  • Maintain ongoing communication with members to ensure their requests are resolved efficiently.

Account & Data Management

  • Manage and update member accounts in internal systems and CRM tools;

  • Review and process expert and company account data, ensuring accuracy and consistency;

  • Monitor and update membership and financial information when required;

  • Identify and resolve duplicate accounts and other data inconsistencies.

Operational Support

  • Handle and track support requests through the ticketing system;

  • Process notifications, client feedback, and internal communications promptly;

  • Maintain organized records of interactions, activities, and internal documentation.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Career Center and Corporate Sales teams to ensure smooth client support and workflow coordination;

  • Cooperate with IT, Marketing, and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve service quality;

  • Assist with webinars, campaigns, and other departmental initiatives when required.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to improving internal processes, knowledge base documentation, and support materials;

  • Provide feedback on recurring client issues and potential improvements to the platform or services;

  • Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and internal documentation when needed.

Obligations

  • University degree.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Additional foreign languages are considered an advantage.

  • Good computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online platforms.

  • Experience working with CRM systems or ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk) is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to providing high-quality support.

  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Curious and willing to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
