We are looking for a Sales Manager to coordinate the activity of the sales-consultant team and interact directly with customers. This person will act as a senior salesperson , with responsibilities both in managing customer relationships and in motivating and training the sales team to achieve goals.
Coordination and supervision of the team of sales consultants.
Developing sales strategy and achieving established targets.
Direct interaction with customers and providing personalized advice.
Monitoring individual and team performance
Organizing and training staff to ensure high sales and service standards.
Periodic reporting to management on sales and team activity.
Relevant experience in sales, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in coordinating and motivating a team.
Ability to work results-oriented and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of fashion products, materials and trends is an advantage.
