Profline Shop is a space for professional beauty products for beauty professionals.
We are growing and looking for someone passionate about the beauty industry and skilled in providing customer service, not just sales, to join our team. The person will maintain our status as an official distributor and representative of various European brands with dignity.
1) Sales management
• Knowledge of the product range and assortment
• Personal participation in complex consultations and sales
• Implementation and control of the sales plan
• Working with regular clients and key experts
2) Administrative support for the manager
• Control of product balances and orders
• Maintaining current records
• Assistance in organizing promotions and events
• Coordination of work processes
3) Store development
• Organizing the work of the second manager
• Implementing ideas to increase sales
• Working with customer feedback
- 1-2 years of sales experience (experience in the cosmetics industry is an advantage)
- Team management and process organization skills
- Ability to work with sales plans and indicators
- Developed communication and customer orientation skills
- Responsibility, initiative, leadership qualities
- Confident PC user (housekeeping, accounting, reporting)
- Literate speech and presentable appearance
- Work in the beauty industry and grow. You interact daily with professional brands and industry experts.

The salary will be specified during the interview (from 12,000 lei).
Monday-Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. Saturday between 1 pm and 1 pm and between 10 am and 3 pm.
